GOALS OF COURSE

To present to the students the current situation of the padel in terms of its management as a business, the padel as a product.
Raise different business models that can be applied in each type of club. The profitability and success in this business depends on many factors as in any other industry.

One of keys is, indeed, having a hi-qualified staff. We aim to make your club, your company, your padel business work in a professional manner.

STUDENT PROFILE

  • Investors in the padel business who needs a change or new ideas to its company.

  • Manager in a padel club that aims to enhance the management of the club or the company for which he performs.

  • Professionals within padel business who want to present sports projects to private or public facilities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Being over 18 years
  • Have completed high school .

INSCRIPTION

Students must send the following documentation in order to register:

  • Complete a basic questionnaire.
  • Fill the registration form and carry out the reservation process.

TEACHING MATERIALS

  • Course folder.
  • Training BOOK.
  • Custom annotation pad.
  • Pen.

DIPLOMA

After the valoration of the final project, students will receive in their domiciles an official diploma from Dapadel

FINAL PROJECT

Students have 60 days to deliver the final project of the course. Each student based on their profile will be assigned one of the two projects:

PROJECT 1: Project to present an investor

  • Choose a type of club on which to carry out the project.
  • Introduction and objectives.
  • Global and internal SWOT analysis.
  • Market reseach.
  • Develop sport management model.
  • Develop academy and padel school project for the club.
  • Design a business plan on the sports management system implemented.
  • Marketing, advertising and communication plan.

PROJECT 2: Management project of a club already established.

  • Internal analysis of the current functioning of the club.
  • Objectives of club improvements.
  • Priorities of changes to be implemented.
  • Develop the first 3 priorities.
  • Set objectives in time.
